OpenClaw Pro ("we", "us") is a service operated by BOOST SCALE LLC (boost-scale.ai). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

Contact information — name, email address, company name, provided when you reach out to us.
Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, device type) to improve our website. No cookies are used for tracking.
Client project data — data related to your OpenClaw implementation, stored in isolated environments per our security standards.

3a. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under Art. 6(1) GDPR:

Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide our services and fulfill our obligations under service agreements.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to improve our website, respond to inquiries, and ensure security.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where you have explicitly consented, such as when contacting us voluntarily.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). Client environments are fully isolated. We use end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data (right to erasure / right to be forgotten under Art. 17 GDPR)
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

6. Data Retention

We retain contact data for 24 months after your last interaction. Client project data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Vercel for hosting (privacy-respecting analytics only). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

7a. Data Processing Agreements

Where we process personal data on behalf of clients, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
